About the Role

- We are the team behind Croatia's first fully AI-made commercial, and we are building the next chapter.

- You will produce AI-driven video content for global advertising clients.

- You will work directly with our creative directors on commercial briefs from concept to final render.

- This is high-stakes, high-visibility work. Every frame needs to be extraordinary.

What We Need

  • A strong, focused portfolio of AI video work, especially commercial or advertising content.

  • Deep mastery of AI video tools.

  • Advanced prompt engineering skills, you think in sequences, not single frames.

  • An eye for cinematic quality: lighting, composition, motion, and storytelling.

  • Ability to work under commercial briefs and meet delivery deadlines.

  • Fluency with compositing and post workflows.
