K67 is a burgeoning documentary about the iconic K67 kiosk - it's also a story of an unlikely friendship between designer Saša Mächtig and filmmaker Filip Filković. Their camaraderie evolves into a journey across the former Yugoslav states to explore the history and present-day significance of these iconic structures.
As they travel from kiosk to kiosk, viewers witness the development of their friendship, rooted in deep philosophical conversations and touching intergenerational chemistry.

The film extensively explores K67, the kiosk designed by Saša Mächtig in 1966. Thanks to its modular design, K67 kiosks were ubiquitous in the urban landscapes of the Balkans, serving various purposes - from newsstands to student cafes. Today, once a symbol of Yugoslav modernization, K67 is recognized and exhibited at MoMA, the prestigious Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Created by Saša Mächtig, reborn through the lens of director Filip Filković, this documentary road movie explores how one piece of design connected cities, people, and memories across generations.
Through people who still work in these kiosks, forgotten streets, surviving kiosks, and stories that people tell, the film sets out on the road to rediscover what the K67 meant, and what it still means today. In searching for the kiosk, the film ultimately searches for us, for what connects us across time and place.
